Senate Passes Resolution To Honor Prince

Minnesota Senators Al Franken and Amy Klobuchar are ensuring the music legend Prince is honored as a part of American history.

The senate passed a resolution introduced by both senators.

The resolution honors Prince and his achievements as a musician, composer, innovator and cultural icon.

“Someone who was such a mentor, such an influence to other musicians and also a great artist who created a lot of wonderful wonderful music,” said Senator Al Franken.
