Charges for Grand Forks Man Accused of Hiding Explosives in Apartment
A Grand Forks man who authorities say fired a gun in an apartment while hiding homemade bombs is charged with multiple felonies.
Jeffrey Cutter, 32, could get up to 10 years behind bars if he’s convicted on reckless endangerment and explosives charges.
He’s set to enter a plea June 13th.
A bomb squad allegedly found three homemade bombs in the apartment Saturday after Cutter fired a gun through the floor.
