Developers Introduce Townhomes Design To Oak Grove Neighbors

A property developer invited Oak Grove neighbors to talk about their new proposal to rezone a plot of land to townhouses.
 
THJ Development introduced Oak Street Row Houses on 6th Avenue North and Oak Street North.

It’s a 16-unit townhouse complex offering one to two bedroom places.

Developers hope that this proposal will satisfy neighbors who objected its original 42-unit apartment complex plan.

“I would think this would be a great compromise. I think that area is really right for development. Housing is what really wants to go there and this would be a really good start,” says T.L. Stroh Architects President Terry Stroh.
 
Developers will present the proposal to city commissioners for an approval.

They say they plan to start construction this fall if approved.
