Fargo police report high risk sex offender registers address in north Fargo

FARGO — The Fargo Police department is notifying the public that a high risk sex offender has registered their new address with the department.

Bryce Anthony Moore, 29, registered his address as 1310 11th St. N. in Fargo. He is described as being 6 feet, three inches tall, with brown eyes and brown hair.

Moore was assessed as a high risk offender in 2005 after he was convicted of luring a 16-year-old girl by computer in Grand Forks County District Court.

He is a lifetime registrant.
