Carnival Worker Charged in Assault at West Otter Tail County Fair
A carnival worker is in custody after hitting someone in the face with a tire iron at the West Otter Tail County Fair.
Fergus Falls Police responded to the call around noon on Friday, and the victim was taken to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
36–year–old Chad Hutson allegedly grabbed another carnival worker by the shoulder and swung him around before hitting him.
Huston is being charged with second degree assault with a dangerous weapon, he faces up to seven years in prison or a fine as high as $14,000.
