Super Hero 5K Still Accepting Crime Fighting Runners

Tighten your capes and get ready run alongside your favorite crime fighters in Saturday morning’s Super Hero 5K.

All proceeds raised benefit Prevent Child Abuse North Dakota.

They want you to dress as your favorite super hero and run to help bring awareness to child abuse and neglect.

Superhero 5K co-director Rhonda Lura says, “Being able to talk about it. That’s really the big thing is breaking that silence and letting those who have been abused know that we can talk about it.”

Open registration starts at 8am at Oak Grove Park.

The youth run starts at 8:30, and the 5K starts at 9 am.
