Guest Authors Visit Gigi’s Playhouse

Two authors who wrote a book about Down syndrome came from Bloomington to visit Gigi’s Playhouse in Fargo.
 
Katelyn Conquers the World is written by Ann Aubitz and her daughter Katelyn, who has Down syndrome.

The book is all about the adventure Katelyn has with her family, spreading a message saying nobody deserves to be judged.

They came to Gigi’s Playhouse of Fargo to read the book out loud to friends and families.

“It’s a resource for parents with Down syndrome children and parents with special needs children, and we just really want to share what we’ve learned,” Ann Aubitz says.
