Trial Begins for Fargo Man Accused of Raping Co-Worker
A trial did start in Cass County Court for Michael Truelove.
The Fargo man is charged with four felonies allegedly sexually assaulting a female co-worker at his home.
Police say Truelove emerged from the bathroom naked and sexually assaulted the woman as she screamed for help.
He also hung up her phone when she tried to call 9-1-1.
