A 17-year-old male was cited for failure to have his vehicle under control after he was distracted and crashed Monday morning.
The accident happened just before 7:30 a.m. at the intersection of 40th Avenue South and 50th Street South in Fargo.
Police say the driver was adjusting the heat control when the pickup struck a guard rail and rode the top of the rail before rolling. The pickup came to rest on its top.
The driver refused medical attention and left with his mother.
