4 Luv of Dog Rescue Holds Annual Silent Auction

4 Luv of Dog Rescue is holding their biggest annual fundraiser.

This is the eighth year they’ve held their Silent Auction, bringing in more money than any other time of year.

They have tons of gift baskets, gift cards, paintings and more.

Kish Hilmert, President of 4 Luv of Dog Rescue says people are often surprised at how much it costs to run the organization.

“Wellness exams and vaccines, that’s generally $70 to $100. Spay is upwards to $200. We provide that to each do and on average we have 50 to 70 dogs available for adoption at a time. Multiply that cost by that many dogs and it really does add up,” says Hilmert.
