Pig & The Pint is Serving Suds and Swine Pairings

Restaurants and breweries are teaming up to create the best suds and swine pairings.

They’re calling The Pig & The Pint a semi-formal evening of indulgence where every guest is treated like a VIP member.

Popular places like Drekker Brewing Company, Junkyard Brewing Co. and Sazerac Alley were all there.

The YWCA and Gladys Ray House are delivering all leftovers to those in need.

“Since they have a whole half hog and a week to prepare it, they’re doing different things like head cheese and blueberry sausages. They get to be really creative and use all the skills that they don’t normally get to use,” said Jade Presents marketing coordinator Shelby Sachs.

The event at The Sanctuary sold out, and they plan on doing it again next year.
