Local Musicians, Plains Art Museum Team Up to Give You Free Concerts

Each day through December 24 during the lunch hour, you can enjoy a free concert at the museum.

The concerts will be held Monday through Friday and every day there is a new performer.

You can even purchase lunch during the concert from Chef’s Table Catering.

“We have a variety of local artists,” said Tonya Scott, the manager of visitor services at Plains Art Museum. “All of them are doing it for free. They’re doing it for the community and no there’s some holiday music, some of them play a few songs holiday songs, but there’s just a huge variety.”

The Concordia Sax Quartet performed today and the Dave Ferreira Trio will be performing tomorrow.
