Wurst Bier Hall in downtown Fargo listed for sale
FARGO, N.D. (KVRR:UPDATE 1PM 5/27/26) — A popular downtown Fargo restaurant is up for sale.
Wurst Bier Hall on 1st Avenue North is listed by Park Co. Realtors for $549,000 and that price does not include the real estate.
The post says financials and leases are available upon request.
The business opened in 2014.
In a social media post, the owner says the sale has nothing to do with rent being too high or due to changes downtown, it is because of changes in his family.
He wrote, “We lost a child last year and are trying to start a family again.
We plan to open another less time consuming business downtown in the near future. (We love Fargo/Moorhead and Downtown) We both currently work 6 or 7 days a week and minimum of 50 hours and sometimes 100 hours a week.”
He also wrote, “if I don’t find a party looking to purchase the Wurst, I will continue to own and operate it. Hiring on a chef or general manager to help me ease the load of running the place.”
The sale does not affect Wurst Bier Hall in West Fargo which has a different owner.
