Realtors in F-M Area Participate in Ring Day

The Salvation Army Red Kettle is striking up a little competition in the F–M area.

North Dakota Association of Realtors and the Minnesota Realtors came together only to compete against each other and ring the bell for the red kettle.

Ring day is a special bell event when realtors ring bells all over the F–M area.

They have a friendly competition between other realtors, off–duty law enforcement, and off–duty firemen.

“You know, we love some friendly competition with the law enforcement, fire department, and our realtors association,” said Jodi Tollefson, the president of the F-M Area Association of Realtors. “We have this friendly competition that we do every year just to bring more awareness to the Salvation Army and raise money.”

Over $167,000 has been raised on Ring Day since 2010.
