Santa Claus Delivers Treats For Kids and Animals at the Zoo

Santa greeted kids at the zoo this afternoon for Jaws, Paws and Lunch with Santa Claus.

Children were invited to the Red River Zoo to take pictures with Santa Claus and participate in Christmas festivities.

They had lunch in the Carousel Pavilion and ventured over to the Wolf Cabin to hang out with animals.

Keepers delivered presents to the animals throughout the day.

“I just love to see the kids come in and watch as they see the animals open their gifts. It’s something really unique and it’s really cool for the animals too,” said Executive Director, Sally Jacobson.

There will be another Jaws Paws and Lunch with Santa Claus next Saturday, December 10th.
