Alison Voorhees

Alison co-anchors KVRR Local News at 6 p.m. & 9 p.m.

Alison grew up in the small town of Appleton, Minnesota. She went to Minnesota State University of Moorhead, where she studied Mass Communications. She graduated in the spring of 2011 with a degree in Broadcast Journalism. While in school, she participated in MSUM’s Campus News program.

Alison began working for KVRR News in 2009 as a production assistant and moved her way up to a reporting and producing position.
