Kids Get A Special Meet and Greet With Bob The Builder

Bob the Builder took a break from his regular building and took a trip to Fargo.

Prairie Public Broadcasting invited families to the Jon. L. Wanzek Center for Scouting for a special Bob the Builder themed day.

Children were able to pose for pictures with Bob from 10 to 10:40 am and from 11 to 11:40 am.

Families also were able to work together on building projects, enjoy free snacks and explore learning games from the Prairie Public mobile lab.

“I think the best part about it is being able to see the kids and the grandparents working together or the parents and the kids working together and doing projects, not necessarily sitting in front of the screen and watching a show but talking about learning,” said Prairie Public Broadcasting Coordinator Shaina Winning.

The free event was made possible through Mattel and a grant from PBS kids.
