An East Grand Forks woman is arrested during a traffic stop after police say her child passenger was holding onto a homemade meth pipe.

Lori Hobus, 50, is charged with DWI and child endangerment.

They say Hobus failed a field sobriety test and became angry when being questioned during a traffic stop.

Another officer who was searching her vehicle saw the 3-year-old passenger and says he was holding on to a homemade meth pipe with meth residue.

They say Hobus also had several other drug related items in the vehicle.
