NDSU Creates Journals for Families of Two Students Involved in Fatal Accident
The journals are designed by other students to share memories and condolences
FARGO, N.D. — NDSU has given students a way to express their grief over the deaths of two fellow students.
The Biological Sciences Department set out journals in Stevens Hall so classmates of Danie Thomssen and Carson Roney can share memories and condolences.
The journals will then be given to the families of Thomssen and Roney.
The two students died late Saturday night in a one-car accident on I-94 east of Moorhead.
Services for Thomssen will be held Friday in Bismarck.
Roney’s funeral will take place Saturday in Oakes.
