Kindred-Richland Baseball Caps off Perfect Regular Season, Downs Oak Grove

Vikings finish regular season 19-0.

FARGO, N.D. — The Kindred-Richland Vikings (19-0) defeated Oak Grove (1-17) 8-1 Tuesday. The Vikings cap off an undefeated regular season and will receive the top seed in the region one tournament.

“It’s a great group of guys,” Kindred-Richland Head Coach Scott Milbrandt said. “They worked hard all year. Our number one goal was to get the number one seed, and we have that locked up, so all the seeds are gone on Friday, so it’s a new season. So, we’ll be ready.”

The Region one tournament starts Friday in Lamoure.
