Vikings Activate RB Murray from PUP List

Latavius Murray practiced with the Vikings Monday

MANKATO, Minn. — For the first time since the Minnesota Vikings acquired him in the offseason, running back Latavius Murray practiced with the team on Monday.

Murray missed the first two weeks of training camp recovering from a March ankle surgery.

In 2015, Murray was a Pro-Bowler with the Oakland Raiders with more than one thousand yards rushing. He rushed for 12 touchdowns in 2016.

The Vikings kick off their preseason slate on Thursday at Buffalo.
