Missing Alexandria Teen Found in Grant County

The case is still under investigation

GRANT COUNTY, Minn. — An Alexandria teen missing for nearly a month has been found in rural Grant County.

Alexandria Police say 15-year-old Jasmine Block is being treated for minor injuries at the Douglas County Hospital and has been reunited with her family.

They did not give any other information about how she was injured or if she was with anyone.

The case is still under investigation.
