Fargo Man Identified Among Victims of Head-On Crash Near Valley City

A passenger in the pickup was taken to the hospital in Valley City with minor injuries

VALLEY CITY, ND — The highway patrol has released the names of those killed last week in a wrong-way head-on crash on I-94 near Valley City.

Their report shows that 35-year-old Kerseh Grupee of Fargo was driving westbound in the eastbound lane when he collided head-on with a pickup early Wednesday.

Grupee and the driver of the pickup, 31-year-old Anthony Cornelius of Crane Lake, Minnesota, were killed

A passenger in the pickup was taken to the hospital in Valley City with minor injuries.

The crash remains under investigation.
