West Fargo Man Arrested After Short Police Pursuit Near Jamestown

A state trooper attempted to stop Thene for allegedly speeding on I-94 about 15 miles east of Jamestown

 

STUTSMAN COUNTY, ND — A West Fargo man is facing charges after he allegedly tried to ram a state trooper vehicle during a short pursuit near Jamestown.

Levi Thene, 29, is charged with reckless endangerment, carrying a concealed weapon and unlawful display of license plates.

A state trooper attempted to stop Thene for allegedly speeding on I-94 about 15 miles east of Jamestown.

Thene fled from the trooper for several miles before coming to a stop and allegedly putting his vehicle in reverse and attempting to ram into the trooper’s vehicle.

Thene was arrested after his vehicle entered a snow fill ditch and became stuck.
