West Fargo Looking For Tree Vandals
The District says 25 trees & limbs were cut down.
FARGO, ND — West Fargo’s Parks Department posted pictures of damage done to trees in North Elmwood Park.
The District says 25 trees & limbs were cut down.
They believe a chainsaw was used to cut down the large branches.
It happened at the west side shelter belt of North Elmwood Park.
