Mark Empting Leads Clay Co. Sheriff Race

MOORHEAD, Minn. – With 34 out of the 58 precincts reporting in the Clay County Sheriff Primary, the department’s Lt. Mark Empting leads the way with 39% of the vote. He joined KVRR Local News at 9:00 to discuss the race.
