Suspect In Domestic Disturbance In North Fargo Is On The Run

David Suarez Told Officers He Was In Grand Forks After The SWAT Team Served A Warrant

FARGO, ND — A suspect in a domestic disturbance in north Fargo is on the run.

Police are looking for 41-year-old David Suarez of Fargo. They say he caused visible injury to the victim and threatened her life if she called the police.

Officers responded to the disturbance in a home in the 300 block of 19th Street North around 5:30 Wednesday morning.

A warrant was served by the Red River Valley SWAT team but Suarez was not located. They left around 1:00 PM.

“My property manager thought, she said she didn’t get a good feeling from them. And I guess she was right. They kind of destroyed the place. You go and scrub it down, prime it, paint it, clean it, replace the door,” Landlord of the house Pete Sabo said.

Contact was eventually made with Suarez who says he was in Grand Forks. He is still at large and is being sought after by law enforcement for the charges of aggravated domestic assault and terrorizing.

If you have any information as to his whereabouts, please call your local law enforcement, Red River Regional Dispatch at 701-461-7660 or text a tip to 701-730-8888.
