Concordia Student Musicians Hold Final Dress Rehearsal for Christmas Concert

This is the 92nd annual concert

MOORHEAD, Minn. — Students at Concordia College are getting ready for the school’s annual Christmas concert.

Four different choirs and an orchestra are performing, and that totals to almost 400 student musicians.

The theme for this year’s concert is “For the Beauty of the Earth,” which celebrates Christmas and nature.

The Christmas concert is a tradition that’s been going on for years; this will be the 92nd one.

“I think the most rewarding part has been watching the students go from not knowing a note of this music to putting it all together into a production that we are ready to present to thousands of people in the Fargo–Moorhead area,” Michael Culloton, choral music professor, said.

Performances will be at 7 p.m. on Friday, 2 and 7 p.m. on Saturday, and 2 p.m. on Sunday.
