Red Panda Discovered Missing Thursday Morning

UPDATE: The zoo says Sheffield is now back safe in his enclosure. The zoo is thanking its staff and the community for help and support during the search.

FARGO, N.D. — The Red River Zoo wants people to be on the lookout for one of its animals.

Earlier this morning, a zookeeper noticed Sheffield, the Red Panda, missing from its enclosure.

Employees at the zoo say the public is not in any danger but warn that they should not approach the panda.

They believe he is still on the zoo grounds; if you see anything, please let someone know.
