One Robbery Suspect Arrested, Second Suspect Still Being Sought

The driver of the getaway car has not been located.

FARGO, N.D. (KFGO) – A suspect is in jail, a second person is still being sought in an armed robbery in Fargo.

Police responded to a 9-1-1 call from a person who had been robbed at gunpoint around 5:30 p.m Sunday in the vicinity of the Community Homes apartments on 23rd Street South.

Police spotted the suspects and their car but they fled on foot. A police K-9 tracked one suspect to the apartments where a firearm was seized and he was arrested without incident.

Kenyi Pitia is facing charges of robbery and refusal to halt. The driver of the getaway car has not been located.
