High Risk Sex Offender Has New Moorhead Address

MOORHEAD, Minn. — A high risk sex offender has a new address in Moorhead.

Police say 50-year-old Randall Adams is living in the 300 block of 14th Street North.

Adams was convicted of criminal sexual conduct for taking advantage of an unknown and vulnerable adult woman in Hubbard County in 2009.
