West Fargo teen reported missing found safe in Twin Cities

WEST FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) – West Fargo Police say a teenage boy who had been missing since late November has been located in the Twin Cities area.

Police say 16-year-old Phoenix Lindblad was found safe Wednesday night in Bloomington.

Lindblad was reported missing on Nov. 29.
