FARGO, N.D. (KVRR/CNN) — Chuck E. Cheese is getting rid of its iconic animatronic band at all of its locations except for one.

‘Munch’s Make Believe Band’ will continue performing daily at the Chuck E. Cheese’s fun center in Northridge, California, near Los Angeles.

The family entertainment and pizza chain is keeping the band at that location for nostalgic value.

David McKillips, president and ceo of Chuck E. Cheese parent company CEC Entertainment paid tribute to the band’s legacy in a press release, acknowledging its sentimental value.

The company is renovating its fun centers and making upgrades nationwide.
