Grand Forks Family Forced From Home After Kitchen Fire

GRAND FORKS, N.D. (KVRR) — A family was forced from their home in Grand Forks after a fire started in the kitchen on Saturday.

Grand Forks Fire Department arrived around 5 p.m. to light smoke coming from the house.

They quickly put the fire out on the stove, which had extended to the nearby cabinets.

The family was displaced due to smoke damage.

The cause of the fire has been determined to be unintentional.

No one was hurt.
