Windbreak Saloon To Appeal Liquor License Violation at Special Commission Meeting

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — A special meeting of the Fargo City Commission is set for next Tuesday as the Windbreak Saloon appeals its liquor license violation.
Late last year, the bar came under the review of the Fargo Liquor Control Board.
The Windbreak’s violation was for over-serving.
Police say a 23-year-old woman crashed her car into a pole and was charged with DUI after leaving the bar.
The bar was given administrative penalties, a $500 fine and they had the right to appeal the penalties.
At the same time, the board also found Old Broadway in violation after an underage doorman assaulted a customer.
The board says the worker hadn’t completed server training.
