Pet Connection: Meet the Lovebirds
It's February, so we're thinking about love. These two lovebirds would sure love to find a home together.
It’s February, so we’re thinking about love. These two lovebirds would sure love to find a home together.
Tia and Valentino join us from C.A.A.R.E. in West Fargo for this week’s Pet Connection. Tia is a female black-masked lovebird. She’s about 2 years old. Valentino is a lovebird mutation. He’s about 1 1/2 years old. Lovebirds like this can live up to 15 years.
They’re a bonded pair who are quite affectionate with each other. They can help keep each other entertained, which lowers some of the demands on bird owners to keep their birds enriched.
Like a lot of love stories, there can be some snippiness. Tia is known to nip on occasion. But the bites aren’t hard, and the love they give far outweighs any moments of ill temper.
You can give these two lovebirds a loving home for Valentine’s Day. Click here for more information on C.A.A.R.E.
