Driver Faces DUI, Other Charges After Wrong Way Chase Down I-29

CASS COUNTY, N.D. (KVRR) — Authorities had to use a PIT maneuver to stop a driver going the wrong way on I-29 around 11 o’clock Monday night.

They were able to stop 30-year-old Trevor Christensen of Dilworth about two miles south of Grandin.

Christensen drove southbound in the northbound lanes from Trail County into Cass County, prompting numerous 911 calls.

He was stopped after a short pursuit at around 60 miles per hour.

Christensen was taken into custody for DUI, DUR, reckless endangerment and fleeing.
