Special Fargo City Commission Meeting For Liquor Violation by Windbreak Saloon

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — A special city commission meeting has been called for Tuesday at Fargo City Hall to consider the latest liquor license violation by Windbreak Saloon.
At the end of January, Fargo Liquor Control Board levied a second violation against the bar due to over-serving a customer.
Fargo Police reports say the man was served four mixed drinks and 10 shots of alcohol within a 96-minute period last October.
The man was later found passed out, couldn’t stand on his own and urinated himself.
The bar will have to pay a $1,000 fine and have a one day suspension if it’s approved by the city commission.
They earlier dismissed an appeal for the bar’s first violation which came with a $500 fine.
