DETROIT LAKES, Minn. (KVRR) – A K9 gets a well-deserved sendoff in our region.

The Becker County Sheriff’s Office said goodbye to their K9 Cooper.
Cooper served the county from 2016 to 2023.
The Sheriff’s Office shared these pics of his retirement party.
He got his own cake! The people got their own cake too!
Plus, there’s a new sign in the office that honors Cooper’s service.
