Party like it’s 2004! Timberwolves win Game 7 over defending champs to head to Western Conference Finals

DENVER (KVRR) – The Minnesota Timberwolves are back in the Western Conference Finals for the first time since 2004 after taking down the defending champs in the Denver Nuggets in Game 7. Karl-Anthony Towns led the T-Wolves with 23 points and 12 rebounds as Minnesota won 98-90 over Denver.

Minnesota will take on the Dallas Mavericks in Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals at the Target Center on Wednesday.
