University of Jamestown receives official acceptance to NCAA Division II

JAMESTOWN, N.D. (KVRR) – The University of Jamestown received their official acceptance to NCAA Division II and the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference.

The Jimmies’ transition to DII will begin in the 2025-26 academic year. Jamestown will be under a two-year provisional period where they cannot play in any NCAA postseason play.
