FARGO — What could be better than watching cats videos on the internet?

Watching them on the big screen — with an adoptable cat in your lap.

It’s the return this month of Cat Video Fest for the third year in a row to the Fargo Theatre.

The Cat Video Fest is a curated reel of the best of cat videos on the internet for the past year.

Each year, its creators share it with theatres, who then partner with local animal shelters.

You’ll be able to watch the movie at the theatre and meet some of the adoptable cats from Homeward Animal Shelter.

The Theatre’s Sean Volk and his cat Courtney are just one of the matches they’ve made through this special event.

Sean and Courtney came in to the studio for a live interview about why cat videos aren’t just a fun way to goof off at work, and why the event is about so much more than just entertainment.
