Nancy Otto, former Moorhead City Council member, dies at 73

FARGO (KVRR) – Former longtime Moorhead City Council member Nancy Otto has died.

Otto died Wednesday at Sanford on Broadway in Fargo. She was 73.

Otto served four terms on the city council between 2000 and 2016.

Former Moorhead Mayor Morrie Lanning says Otto was an “active and caring council member” who was dedicated to the city’s needs.

Funeral services are pending.
