FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — The ATF, FBI and Fargo Police and Fire Departments are offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information on the March 21 arson of a Tesla power station in Fargo.

The fire was reported in the parking lot of SCHEELS along 45th Street South.

Surveillance footage captured an individual igniting a fire on the base of the Tesla charging bank, and fleeing the scene.

Investigators have determined the fire was an intentional act of arson.

Anyone with information is urged to contact Fargo Police Department at (701) 241-5777 or text a tip with keyword “FARGOPD” to 847411.

“Deliberately setting fire to a power station isn’t just reckless — it endangers lives and critical infrastructure,” said ATF Special Agent in Charge Travis Riddle of the St. Paul Field Division. “We’re asking the public to help us identify the person responsible for this crime.”

To be eligible for the reward, tips must lead to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible.
