LIVE: Saying Yeh for Food

FARGO — Downtown’s Rosewild restaurant is saying “Yeh” for food this week.

That’s where Food Network and northern valley phenom Molly Yeh’s launching her latest cookbook.

It’s a meet and greet and signing, with a dinner featuring recipes from her new book, “Sweet Farm.”

The three courses are a collaboration between Yeh and the culinary team at Rosewild.

The dessert course is a saffron and cardamom tiramisu, that Rosewild Food and Beverage Coordinator Kyle Bobkowski says only looks complex and time-consuming.

Bobkowski joined the Morning Show to demonstrate the construction of the dessert and to talk about how Yeh’s cooking fits in with Rosewild’s local and sustainable food and drink philosophy.
