Court records show a couple called Fargo Police to report the incident in the area of 45th Street and 19th Avenue North just after midnight.

When they came to the intersection they looked over and a man was pointing a gun at them from the passenger seat.

They told police they thought they were going to die and fled the area.

The vehicle Busche was in was stopped by West Fargo Police for a traffic stop.

The couple arrived at the traffic stop to show police a video of a man with something in his hand that appeared to be a holster.

Police found a handgun and holster in a tote bag along with drugs and drug paraphernalia and Busche was arrested and taken to Cass County Jail.
