Las Vegas man arrested after crashing into fence in south Fargo

FARGO (KVRR-KFGO) – Police arrested a man from Las Vegas after they say he crashed into a fence in south Fargo.

Officers responded to a report of a reckless driver in the 2200 block of 32nd Avenue S. around 2:25 a.m. Thursday. Police say officers found a vehicle that struck a fence.

Brian Perez-Garcia, 29, was arrested for DUI, DUI refusal, possession of cocaine, and duty upon striking a fixture. No one was hurt.
