Fire causes extensive damage to detached garage in Grand Forks

GRAND FORKS, N.D. (KVRR) — A fire has caused extensive damage to a detached garage at a home in Grand Forks.

Fire crews were called out early Saturday night to the 3508 10th Avenue North.

They arrived to smoke and flames coming from the garage.

Crews put the fire out and they were able to keep it contained to the garage.

There were no injuries and no people were displaced.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
