High risk sex offender registers residence at Fargo address

FARGO — The Fargo Police Department has issued a notification of a registered sex offender has listed their residence in Fargo.

Robert Michael Williamson, 37, registered his address as 719 10th St. N. in Fargo.

Williamson is a lifetime registrant. He is described as being 6’3” in height, weighing 270 lbs., with blue eyes, and red hair.

Williamson was assess as a high risk offender by the North Dakota Offender Risk Assessment Committee in 2008 after he was convicted of luring a minor by computer and gross sexual imposition in Burleigh County District Court. The victim was a 14-year-old female.
