Golden Drive Homeless Kids grills up food to raise funds for nonprofit

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — Golden Drive Homeless Kids is grilling up at Cashwise, serving up brat lunches and hot dogs.

The lunch is raising funds to HELP OUT local homeless youth in the metro area.

Last weekend, Golden Drive surpassed their previous record of serving meals.

Each meal comes with a brat, chips, and a drink.

While it may fill up your tummy, for Sue Baron, it fills her heart.

“Hugging and shaking hands with the supporters, people coming out and wanting to help you can’t touch that feeling. It’s money definitely can’t touch the feeling get from you know sharing kindness,” said Baron.

Golden Drive Homeless Kids will be out again tomorrow at Cashwise on 13th from 10 to 6.
